Where is my licence key?

It's in the receipt email from Lemon Squeezy, sent to the address you used at checkout. Check your spam folder too. You can also find every order and key at app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders by signing in with that email address.

How do I unlock Songwriter mode?

Open the app, tap Songwriter at the top, paste your key into the box under "Already bought it?" and tap Unlock.

Can I use it on my phone and my laptop?

Yes. One key works on up to 5 devices or browsers. Enter the same key on each one. If you run out, for example after changing phones, email us and we'll free one up.

My stars and settings disappeared

The app has no accounts. Your stars, levels and settings are saved in the browser you use, so they don't follow you to another device, and clearing your browser data removes them. Your purchase is safe either way: enter your key again to unlock.

Can I install it like an app?

Yes. On iPhone, open guitarchords.online in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, open it in Chrome and tap Install app in the menu. It opens full screen and works without a connection once it has loaded.

No sound on iPhone?

Turn the volume up with the side buttons and check the ring/silent switch isn't on silent. Then tap a chord once to wake the sound.
