Refund policy

If Songwriter mode isn't what you hoped, you can have your money back in full within 14 days of buying it. You don't need to give a reason.

How to ask

Email support@guitarchords.online from the address you bought with, or include your order number from the Lemon Squeezy receipt. We'll process it within two working days.

What happens next

• Lemon Squeezy, who handle our payments, return the money to the card or account you paid with. Banks usually take 5 to 10 working days to show it.
• Your licence key is switched off, and Songwriter mode locks again on your devices. The chord finder stays free to use.

After 14 days

If something stopped working or you were charged by mistake, write to us anyway and we'll sort it out fairly.
